The Interface screen is designed for users to search, view, export, edit, reprocess, and manage various operational information
Interface Activity
On the activity page, users can view Sales Orders, Receiving Information, Errors, and other ERPConnector event data
Interface Sync
The sync page allows users to search, edit, and export data related to Receiving, Shipping, User, and Work History
The Receiving option lets users search, manage, and update the export status of receiving orders to local or to be reprocessed. Users can manage receiving information by clicking on a PO (Purchase Order) and setting the receiving order's export status as exported or for reprocessing.
The Shipping option allows users to search for sales orders, update their export status, and manage details of orders dispatched to customers. By clicking on a SO (Sales Order), users can view Shipping History, search tags, and return complete shipments.
The Interface users' option facilitates the creation, administration and deletion of user profiles, roles, and WIP access within the interface to ensure proper access and security.
The Work History option allows users to search and change the export status of Work Orders.
